I am thrilled that I can finally talk about this mind-blowing news - Universal Studios has optioned the film rights to VILLAINS! I'm still wrapping my head around the idea that one of my books could soon be making the transition from comics to the big screen. Universe, if you're trying to tell me to stop making comics, you're doing it wrong.

Time to express some gratitude and congratulations to my hard working core team who helped make it happen: illustrator Ryan Cody, my hugely talented partner in crime, colorist Russ Lowery, and to Jessie Garza and Jim Resnowski of Viper Comics for believing in the book and hustling it all over Hollywood. Well done, gentlemen! I feel very fortunate to have worked with such a fantastic collection of creative fellas.
